If the calorie could talk and think, it would be on this line, I know who I am because I remain commited to doing what I was created to do. People must make right choices concerning me in order to experience what I have to offer in a good way, those who choose not to change and tap into what I was created to do will see me negatively, but it is not my fault. Sometimes I am blamed in order to remove the guilt from others who refuse to take responsibility. I am here to help those who want help so I will not change from being and doing what I was created to be and do. "signed the calorie"

It was not until I vigorously began working out on the bicycle and treadmill for one hour daily that I began to gain respect for calories which ultimately comes down to self-respect. I considered all the hard work put in for so few calories burned and found it hard to believe that putting the wrong foods inside of my body in one setting was worth it. The cost of a few cookies for example for hours of hard work is a high price to pay for a sugar rush that only last a few minutes. There must be respect for the small things that can easily be overlooked such as the calorie for weight loss if a lifetime of commitment to health is to exist.

A brand new E book has just been released on Amazon by author Raymond Doward highlighting biblical principles for weight loss.
